2About the property
Year built tells us if we need lead-safe protocols. Access tells us how the crew gets in.

Anything over 250 sqft footprint, with concrete footings, or with load-bearing roof tie-ins — call (201) 341-0224 for a custom site walk quote.
Debris volume
Pick the size that matches your tear-out. The base $250 disposal already included covers up to 7 yards (about a ¼ trailer load — typical small bath, single room, or trim job). Larger jobs need a bigger container.
Add-ons
Scheduling — optional but helpful
Tell us when you'd like the work to happen. We'll confirm at the site walk based on our schedule.
Notes & special instructions — optional
Anything we should know or watch for? Things to leave alone, items to save, weird access. Examples: "Don't damage the vanity", "Save the pendant lights", "Tenant still in unit until Friday."

Common questions
What does BMG demo include?
We pull out the stuff you don't want anymore — flooring, drywall, cabinets, tile, fixtures inside; sheds, fences, decks, carports outside. Interior tear-out and outdoor non-structural removal, plus debris haul-off, so the next trade walks into a clean, prepped space. We don't do the build-back or any structural work, just the tear-out and prep.
Do you handle plumbing, electrical, or HVAC?
No. We're a demolition and rehab-prep contractor. We can disconnect fixtures (cap a drain, pull a toilet, remove a vanity), but the licensed plumber, electrician, or HVAC tech handles anything past that. We hit our dates so your other trades can hit theirs.
How fast can you start?
Typically 1–2 weeks out. Same-week starts are sometimes possible — there's a small rush fee to move you up the schedule.
Do you haul away the debris?
Yes. Every quote includes a $250 baseline disposal that covers up to 7 yards (small bath, single room, trim job). For bigger tear-outs, pick the matching dumpster size in the scope step — pricing is by yardage so what you see is what you pay, no surprise hauling fees.
What if my house was built before 1978?
Federal EPA RRP rules require lead-safe work practices in pre-1978 homes. We add a surcharge to cover the extra containment, sealing, and HEPA cleanup. Our firm is EPA Lead-Safe Certified (NAT-F335349-1).
Is this estimate the final price?
Almost. The numbers above are based on what you entered. We confirm everything in person during a quick site walk before any work starts. If we find more (or less) than you described, we adjust the quote — and you sign off before we touch anything.
Are you insured?
Yes. $1M general liability through PCIC. Cert of insurance available on request — we send it directly to your GC, lender, or HOA.
